The provision of hosting, maintain and supporting a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution to be used as a meeting management system for the day to day management of public and high level internal meetings of the Council. Manchester requires an automated and integrated meeting management solution that removes the duplication of effort, minimises the risk of errors, whilst supporting decision-making that is lawful, informed by objective advice, and transparent/consultative.
