Construction of a single-storey brick extension to an existing domestic property (Yorkshire region) to provide enhanced facilities for bathing, medical rest facilities etc. Works may need to be phased as it will be completed whilst the home is occupied. For Amey to accept any Expression of Interest it is ESSENTIAL that any subcontractor is a member of Constructionline at GOLD LEVEL 3.
