Description
This tender is to source a provider for a Saturday and School Holiday Short Breaks service comprising group-based activities and support for Children and Young People with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities and their families. The Service will provide a largely venue-based play service, with some trips to the local area and other sites of interest. This is a specialist service for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) aged 5 – 18 years old with high levels of complex behavioural, communication and/or medical needs.
