The aim of this work is to carry out qualitative research with 40 SMEs across a range of different service models within the non-prepacked sector to understand how they are currently providing allergen information to consumers and the challenges and opportunities changing their approach would present. In addition, we would like to gather insight from the 14 trade bodies outlined in Annex A. (in the specification document).
