This Further Competition (FC) is being issued by Bishop Wilkinson Catholic Education Trust to procure ICT Audio Visual equipment via the Ethical & Sustainable Supply DPS. Bishop Wilkinson Catholic Multi Academy Trust (BWCET) is a fundamental part of the Newcastle and Hexham Trust model and has grown to include 47 schools covering the west of the Diocesan region, with 1 more school yet to join the Trust. The aim of Bishop Wilkinson Catholic Education Trust is to provide an outstanding education for all students attending schools within the Trust. This invitation to tender is related to the immediate requirements for the purchase, installation of replacement of classroom digital projectors with the latest interactive screens at St Robert of Newminster Catholic School & Sixth Form College, in Washington.

Total Quantity or Scope

St. Robert of Newminster Catholic School & Sixth Form College, a secondary school in Washington, has a requirement to replace Classroom Digital Projectors with the latest interactive screens in order to improve those classrooms with poor visibility, reduce ongoing maintenance costs and to standardise across the school estate. The requirement is for; • Purchase and full installation of x79, 65" Interactive Screens with: o built in speakers; o 4K display o next day, business, manufacturer warranty of a minimum of 5 years o the boards will require the following inputs: HDMI and VGA • Purchase and full installation of x10, 75" Interactive Screens with: o built in speakers o 4K display o next day, business, manufacturer warranty of a minimum of 5 years. o the boards will require the following inputs: HDMI and VGA Mandatory requirement: - Delivery to be made on a Monday to Friday between 9am and 3pm - Installation staff must hold valid DBS certificates which should be shown at reception on arrival - Warranty must start from the date of installation completion and not the date when agreement is signed.
