Description

Evolve Facility Services have a requirement to re tender its Repairs and maintenance contract for the Cumbria region of England. Lot 1 covers Carlisle, Workington, Barrow and South Lakes, however there may be opportunity for further works outside of this area on an adhoc basis. Lot 2 covers Workington, Barrow and South Lakes, only, however there may be opportunity for further works outside of this area on an adhoc basis. Evolve will only make an award against one of the lots. Evolve Facility Services are seeking suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the delivery of responsive repairs and void property works for two years with an optional two further periods of one year, at Evolve's sole discretion. The tender is divided into two lots; Lot 1 covers Carlisle, Workington, Barrow and South Lakes, however there may be opportunity for further works outside of this area on an adhoc basis. Lot 2 covers Workington, Barrow and South Lakes, only, however there may be opportunity for further works outside of this area on an adhoc basis.
