Coventry University will supply a bespoke Postgraduate Certificate in Leadership and Strategic Management to prepare 'future ready' leaders with the understanding, skills and capabilities to develop the business and support succession planning for Homes England. The programme is designed to strengthen participants' team and organisational leadership skills as well as their personal effectiveness capabilities.
