Description

The Growing Occupational Health (OH) and Wellbeing NENC service focuses on accomplishing a culture of wellness for approximately 23,000 NHS staff in the North East of England through collaborating together across three Trusts to provide one world-class occupational health and wellbeing service. The service involves: County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust South Tyneside and Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust A single digital system is required to provide a high-quality, collaborative occupational health and wellbeing service for the workforce of the participating NHS organisations with the potential to include other NHS Trusts within the ICS

Total Quantity or Scope

The Contracting Authority is seeking a single digital service which is cloud-based and has been designed for use by occupational health and wellbeing services. This includes functionality to include pre-employment checks, health surveillance, immunisation and vaccination, management referrals, self-referral, physiotherapy, management of needlestick injuries, psychological support and wellbeing checks. The system must be able to provide detailed reports on the metrics of each of these services.
