Legal Justification

The Notice is to advise the need tp award the contract to the Economic Operator detailed. The Economic Operator is a key partner in the delivery of the MaaS project to date. Appointment of an alternative supplier would result in disproportionate technical difficulties in project delivery for the Contracting Authority.
