MHS Homes require a contractor to carry out all reactive repairs and replacements of drainage and cold-water mains within mhs homes properties: Dwelling houses, bungalows, flats (including sheltered blocks and foyers) and communal (external & internal) and estate areas. Medway and outlying areas, Maidstone, Gravesham and Dartford, Tonbridge and West Malling.

Total Quantity or Scope

To carry out all reactive repairs and replacements of drainage and cold-water mains within mhs homes properties: Dwelling houses, bungalows, flats (including sheltered blocks and foyers) and communal (external & internal) and estate areas. Medway and outlying areas, Maidstone, Gravesham and Dartford, Tonbridge and West Malling. This is a 3 year contract with the option of extending for a further 2 years (1+1)
