The Trust is publishing this notice of its intention to award a contract to Kainos Software Ltd.

Total Quantity or Scope

SOHT requires the continued functionality of an electronic document management systemwhich was originally awarded under an expired OGC Framework Agreement RM713/3. The Trust understands that it is unlikely that an alternative supplier would be able to access the software to support and extend as required and a potential new supplier would require substantial duplication of costs already incurred.
