Description
The IT Commercial Framework will be the principal route to market for National Highways (NH) corporate IT requirements providing services, tools and equipment to our staff and supply chain necessary to operate our business effectively and responsibly and to safely operate, maintain and develop our Strategic Road Network (SRN) efficiently for our customers and our workforce. The ITCF includes 18 LOTS across four categories of Solutions & Services, Technical Services, Professional Services and IT products and Infrastructure Services
Lot Division
1 | Asset Management This Lot is for the provision of ICT Goods and/or Services to enable the Customer to manage the lifecycle of all assets (e.g. fixed, technology, portable) utilised by the Customer in support of the Strategic Roads Network. The Customer is required to ensure that all major roads in England are dependable and durable, and enable the digitisation of the design and build of civil infrastructure on the Strategic Road Network. Award Criteria

2 | Corporate Systems This Lot is for the provision of ICT Goods and/or Services to enable the Customer to procure Corporate Systems and solutions supported by systems integration achieving end-to-end lifecycle management. The Customer is required to procure Corporate IT Systems to support the Customer’s business functions. Award Criteria

3 | Architectural Services This Lot is focused on the provisioning of IT Architectural Services to deliver specific aspects of Customer’s IT business transformation, projects, programmes, or to provide support in the development and delivery of technical solutions. Award Criteria

4 | Software Development Lifecycle This Lot is focused on the provisioning of IT Software Development and associated technical services to deliver specific aspects of Customer’s IT business transformation, projects, programmes, or to provide support in the development and delivery of technical solutions Award Criteria

5 | Cyber Security and Data Protection This Lot is focused on the provisioning of Cyber Security and Data Protection services to deliver specific aspects of Customer’s IT business transformation, projects, programmes, or to provide support in the development and delivery of technical solutions Award Criteria

6 | Digital and Data This Lot is focused on the provisioning of Digital and Data services to deliver specific aspects of Customer’s IT business transformation, projects, programmes, or to provide support in the development and delivery of technical solutions Award Criteria

7 | Infrastructure and Platform design This Lot is focused on the provisioning of Infrastructure and Platform Design services to deliver specific aspects of Customer’s IT business transformation, projects, programmes, or to provide support in the development and delivery of technical solutions Award Criteria

8 | Service Management and Transition This Lot is focused on the provisioning of Service Management and Transition Services to deliver specific aspects of Customer’s IT business transformation, projects, programmes, or to provide support in the development and delivery of technical solutions Award Criteria

9 | Business Engagement This Lot is focused on the provisioning of specialist senior Business Engagement resources to augment the Customer existing business teams and deliver specific aspects of the Customer’s IT business transformation, projects, and programmes through the life of the Agreement. 10 | Strategy, Transformation and Performance This Lot is focused on the provisioning of specialist Strategy, Transformation and Performance resources to augment the Customer existing business teams and deliver specific aspects of the Customer’s IT business transformation, projects, and programmes through the life of the Agreement Award Criteria

11 | Delivery This Lot is focused on the provisioning of specialist Delivery resources to augment the Customer existing business teams and deliver specific aspects of the Customer’s IT business transformation, projects, and programmes through the life of the Agreement. Award Criteria

12 | IT Commercial, Procurement and Financial This Lot is focused on the provisioning of specialist IT Commercial, Procurement and Financial resources to augment the Customer existing business teams and deliver specific aspects of the Customer’s IT business transformation, projects, and programmes through the life of the Agreement. Award Criteria

13 | Software COTS/SaaS This Lot is for the provision of COTS only. This licence will grant the Customer the entitlement to use the software, on an agreed upon basis and receive any declared entitlement to upgrades as defined within the software licence terms and conditions. Award Criteria

14 | Workplace Hardware The Supplier must be able to provide workplace hardware (including any manufacturer’s warranty or maintenance included with the product) covering all physical components of office operations that the Customer’s internal users rely on to complete their day-to-day tasks. Award Criteria

15 | Hardware Infrastructure and Platforms This lot provides workplace hardware (including any manufacturer’s warranty or maintenance included with the product) covering all physical components of operations that the Customer’s internal users rely on to complete their day-to-day tasks. Award Criteria

16 | Infrastructure and Platforms This Lot is for the provision of Infrastructure and Platforms Goods and/or Services to enable the Customer to deploy communication services, networking, data processing and storage, platforms through which businesses can share content and media, knowledge management, systems, applications, IoT, user devices and resilience. Award Criteria

17 | Multi-Service Provision This Lot is focused on the provisioning of multiple Services to deliver against a specific Customer project. This project will be significant, and will specifically relate directly to the Customer’s wider IT strategy. Award Criteria

18 | Multi-Discipline Provision This Lot is focused on the provisioning of specialist resources to deliver against a specific Customer project. This project will be significant and will specifically relate directly to the Customer’s wider IT strategy. Award Criteria
