Description
This Service will deliver a choice of suitable, nutritious hot lunchtime meals to adults who are at risk of malnutrition and live within Hampshire County Council's (the "Council") geographical jurisdiction. The Service will be available 365 days a year. Afternoon tea will also be delivered if requested. A health and well-being check will be carried out during every delivery.
