SSEN Transmission wish to implement a solution to provide the capabilities associated with Integrated Project Management (IPM), to support the delivery of our RIIO-T2 commitments. This will allow us to significantly enhance our delivery and project management capabilities. Our vision is to enable a high level of user experience with all the digital tools needed to achieve high performance delivery and support the scaling of the business in line with the large capital projects growth agenda.

Total Quantity or Scope

SSEN Transmissions view IPM as the deployment of all the key project management capabilities, integrating them through a suite of products ensuring that the right digital capabilities are in place to execute end-to-end management of the delivery lifecycle. IPM is more than just one capability; it is the design and integration of a set of capabilities that delivers the key benefits across the total lifecycle of project management.
