Description

The Authority is seeking to procure an Facilities Management (FM) contract for the provision of Hard FM services to its property portfolio, through a procurement exercise. This will be one of four separate tenders in relation to the transformation of property maintenance and Forward Maintenance Minor Works services.

Total Quantity or Scope

The procurement consists of a Questionnaire that needs to be completed by suppliers to provide details on their suitability to bid for this work. The suppliers with the highest scoring Questionnaires will then be chosen to bid in a tender for the services.
