Legal Justification
The tool will facilitate the transfer of a senior academic researcher and his team from The University of Southampton to The University of Edinburgh. The research group have invested multiple man-years worth of effort along with a budget of over GBP500k in facilities access (cleanroom time) and materials for developing their processes. To ensure consistency of the research, the same tool is required as was used in their previous institution.
