Description

This requirement relates to a project involving the development of various capabilities, which are designed to mitigate the number of casualties in the event of a marauding terror attack (MTA). This exercise will comprise of a series of MTA's in a simulated town environment. It will determine if and how combined security procedures are able to reduce fatalities and casualties during such an attack. Each day will have a set timetable of events. In summary, tenderers must be able to provide over 100 roleplayers, onsite directors/team leaders, trained psychologists and/or trauma, risk and incident management trained personnel, PPE for roleplayers, a way of filming the scenarios and all associated transport. The final list will be shared within the SoR.
