Description

The Council remains committed to putting in place a contract to deliver this requirement, however since publication of the current tender, further information has come to light including guidance from DEFRA that points to a different price/quality split being better suited to deliver Council and national objectives. Therefore, the Council has agreed a new procurement strategy which reflects the terms of the original tender, except for amended price/quality split. The current tender process will be cancelled and the new one will be published immediately.
