Description
Blaenau Gwent Council are looking for interested parties to register an interest for the Provision of a Floating Support Service for vulnerable people who may have additional needs such as learning disabilities, learning difficulties or ASD and therefore to provide an effective and innovative housing related support enabling them to live independently within the community.

Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council are looking for experienced companies to tender for the provision of a Floating Support Service for vulnerable people who may have additional needs such as learning disabilities, learning difficulties or ASD. The successful company would be required to provide effective and innovative housing related support to vulnerable people enabling them to live independently within the community.
Renewal Options
The contract will be renewed at either the conclusion of the initial 3 year period or during the extension period allowed. The renewal will be subject to external funding.
