1 Surfacing

Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council are looking to appoint suitably qualified and technically competent Contractors to provide surfacing works for a very varied portfolio of highways and assets across the borough. This lot is for schemes up to £1 million per annum.
2 Civils

Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council are looking to appoint suitably qualified and technically competent Contractors to provide civils works for a very varied portfolio of highways and assets across the borough. This lot is for schemes up to £1 million per annum.
3 Surface Dressing

Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council are looking to appoint suitably qualified and technically competent Contractors to provide surface dressing works for a very varied portfolio of highways and assets across the borough. This lot is for schemes up to £0.25 million per annum.
4 Specialist Surface Treatments

Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council are looking to appoint suitably qualified and technically competent Contractors to provide specialist carriageway treatment works for a very varied portfolio of highways and assets across the borough. This lot is for schemes up to £0.25 million per annum.

Renewal Options

The proposed contract period is the 1st of February 2023 – 31st of January 2025 with the option to extend for further periods of up to 2 x 12 months.
