The full refurbishment works and ancillary requirements cover 3 modular buildings as follows: • 2 Single Modular units: Each unit consists of Classroom, Reception and 2no. single toilets • 1 Double Modular unit: Consists of 2no. Classrooms and reception area, without toilet facilties The initial contract term will be for 12 months as stated in the ITT documents.
