Introduction: This is an Invitation to Tender (ITT) with information, instructions and guidance provided in this document. Tender submission (consisting of the completion of the Online Supplier Questionnaire, Technical Response, and Commercial response documents) should be completed which is returned by all Tenderers who wish to bid for the contract. Please note, throughout the Tender documentation the University of Nottingham will be referred to as 'the UoN'. Synopsis: The UoN requests tenders from sufficiently experienced and qualified suppliers to establish a contract for the manufacture, delivery, installation and commissioning of an automated sealant application as part of a broader move towards a fully automated assembly line. Objectives: To establish a contract for the Sealant Deposition End Effector and ensure strategic developments such as: o Establish a contract which agrees quality, price, delivery timescales, installation schedule, and aftermarket services accordance to University's requirements o To maximise recycling, reduce packaging and reduce emissions related to deliveries in line with our sustainable procurement ambitions; and o Eliminate risk of Modern-Day Slavery within the supply chain. Estimated Value: Estimated value for design and manufacturing of goods, delivery, installation, VAT, duty / import fees, and at least one year warranty is ?100,000
