Description
Services. Upland shall perform the following consulting, training, technical, implementation, configuration and/or other related services ("Services") applicable to Rant & Rave under this SOW: i. Feedback Capture Touchpoints and channels Reed In Partnership would like to launch Rant & Rave using the Software as a Service Rant & Rave deployment. The deployment will cover the triggered SMS & Email to web form channels + Web form Listening Post only. It will be for the UK and in English language only. All surveys will be in the City of London Police branding only. The following table lists the recommended touch points, channels and frequency for requesting feedback.
