S1119 (2022) - Supply and Delivery of Electronic Keypad Cards.

Total Quantity or Scope

NIE Networks seeks to appoint a suitably experienced organisation onto a framework for the Supply and Delivery of Electronic Keypad Cards. The framework covers the manufacture, encryption and delivery of Plastic/Eco sustainable payment cards in accordance with a variety of business rules established for keypad repayment metering system presently in use in Northern Ireland. The resulting framework will be for both product and delivery and service provision. The framework will be established for a period of 5 years with the option (entirely at the discretion of NIE Networks) to extend by up to three further 12 month periods(8 years in total).

Renewal Options

The Framework Agreement will be for a period of five (5) years with an option, exercisable entirely at the discretion of the Contracting Entity and subject to the terms of the Framework Agreement, to extend by a further optional period of up to three (3) years, with a total potential duration of eight (8) years.
