Description

Integration require a service provider to assist with events driven platform using Kafka, the team will assess the current setup and resilience in place, and provide recommendations and actions to improve this. In addition to the audit, the team will assist with the ongoing support and BAU of the product in a LIVE environment. The key outcomes of the service are; 1. Documented review, critique and actional recommendations based on the current Architectural design and infrastructure of the Events platform 2. Assess readiness and provide recommendations to assist consumer onboarding uptake 3. Plan, document, create, test and prove a full disaster recovery plan to ensure the resilience of the system for our consumers. 4. Review and make recommendations on the backup/resilience policies and processes currently in place 5. Provide knowledge and expertise to enable us to manage and support the live system BAU requests and issues or incidents that arise.
