Demolition and Associated Works of Council owned residential properties identified are as follows: o 6 - 12, 18 - 24, 32 - 38, 40 - 46, 48 - 50 & 52 Barratts Road o 72- 78, 86 - 92 & 126 - 132 Sisefield Road o 1- 7 & 15 Little Hill Grove o 68 Hillmead Road o Kings Norton, Birmingham, B38 - Contract Number 13288 Acivico (Building Consultancy) Ltd on behalf of Birmingham City Council invites organisations to be considered to receive tender documentation for the demolition and associated works of Council owned Laing Easiform constructed residential properties. The council owned vacant properties have been earmarked for demolition and therefore identifies the need for safe demolition and site clearance in order to allow the re development of the sites for new housing. Mechanical demolition is the preferred methodology for this project. The site must be well secured by use of appropriate fencing during and at the end of the contract. The contractor must provide suitably trained workforce and experience/knowledge of works required to be undertaken. The contractor will be responsible for providing their own power, water and welfare to undertake this work. It is anticipated the works will commence in July 2022 and be completed by April 2023.
