Leicester City Council is considering options for procurement of a corporate Project/Programs management piece of software which will enable the authority to manage project tasks from start to finish within a single solution. We are interested in understanding the market, and whether vendors can meet all our key requirements. As a principle the council is embracing digitalisation of as many services as possible.
