Description
Joint - R&M and Voids Lotted Framework Contract 2022 – 2026 with Milnbank and Reidvale Housings Associations The successful contractors will enter into separate contracts, one with each Client. The contracts are not interdependent. Location: Milnbank and Reidvale Housings Associations existing and any new stock.

1 | Multi Trade Works Multi Trade Works - including any combination of trades but must include Joiner, Electrician, Plumbing, Painter, Builder, Roofer & Plasterer works (including out of hours cover) and Voids. Can also include Kitchen & Bathroom renewal works. Additional information: See ITT |
2 | Joinery Joinery - Can also include Kitchen renewal works. Additional information: See ITT |
3 | Plumbing Plumbing - not gas service or heating but can also include Bathroom renewal works. Additional information: See ITT |
4 | Electrical Electrical - including Door Entry, TV Aerials and Electrical Heating works. Additional information: See ITT |
5 | Painterwork Painterworks - internal and external as required. Additional information: See ITT |
6 | Plasterwork Plasterworks - all aspects of taping, filling and plastering. Additional information: See ITT |

Renewal Options
The Framework will be for a period of 4 years; it will initially run for 24 months and then will have the option to extend for a further 2 single 12-month periods at The Associations individual discretion.
