Description

The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA), Department for Communities (DfC), Department for Infrastructure (DfI), and their associated agencies (the Client), are seeking to appoint a Contractor for the provision of Cyber Security Services to support the IT information risk assurance and accreditation processes. The scope of this contract will cover the provision of Cyber Security Services for Systems and Applications supporting the Client business operations. Please refer to document ID 4274797 - Specification for more information on this requirement.

Additional information: The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA), Department for Communities (DfC), Department for Infrastructure (DfI), and their associated agencies (the Client), are seeking to appoint a Contractor for the provision of Cyber Security Services to support the IT information risk assurance and accreditation processes. The scope of this contract will cover the provision of Cyber Security Services for Systems and Applications supporting the Client business operations. The figure indicated in II.2.6 of £1,135,000.00 GBP represents the potential value of the contract over the maximum contract term neither CPD nor the Authorities can guarantee any level of work under this contract.

** PREVIEW NOTICE, please check Find a Tender for full details. ** The successful contractor’s performance on this contract will be managed as per the specification and regularly monitored Contractors. not delivering on contract requirements is a serious matter. It means the public purse is not getting what it is paying for. If a contractor. fails to reach satisfactory levels of contract performance they will be given a specified time to improve. If, after the specified time, they. still fail to reach satisfactory levels of contract performance, the matter will be escalated to senior management in CPD for further. action. If this occurs and their performance still does not improve to satisfactory levels within the specified period, it may be regarded. as an act of grave professional misconduct and they may be issued with a notice of unsatisfactory performance and this contract may. be terminated. . .
