Description

The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA), Department for Communities (DfC), Department for Infrastructure (DfI), and their associated agencies (the Client), are seeking to appoint a Contractor for the provision of Cyber Security Services to support the IT information risk assurance and accreditation processes. The scope of this contract will cover the provision of Cyber Security Services for Systems and Applications supporting the Client business operations. Additional information: The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA), Department for Communities (DfC), Department for Infrastructure (DfI), and their associated agencies (the Client), are seeking to appoint a Contractor for the provision of Cyber Security Services to support the IT information risk assurance and accreditation processes. The scope of this contract will cover the provision of Cyber Security Services for Systems and Applications supporting the Client business operations. The figure indicated in II.2.6 of £1,135,000.00 GBP represents the potential value of the contract over the maximum contract term neither CPD nor the Authorities can guarantee any level of work under this contract.

It means the public purse is not getting what it is paying for. If a contractor. fails to reach satisfactory levels of contract performance they will be given a specified time to improve.
