Total Quantity or Scope

Potential providers will have the necessary capacity and capability to deliver a planned, comprehensive mechanical and electrical service and maintenance programme, including reactive repairs, for all relevant installations and plant located within Riverside House. The contract will also include the provision of a full time, on-site technician.
