** PREVIEW NOTICE, please check Find a Tender for full details. ** Social care services such as the provision of Primary Care Talking Therapies are classified under the Public Contracts Regulations as social and other specific services and fall within those services listed in Schedule 3 to the Public Contracts Regulations. This procurement is therefore subject to the provisions of section 7 of the Public Contracts Regulations otherwise known as the ‘Light Touch Regime’. As such, new entrants will be allowed to apply to join the DFA. Please note this Tender was the fourth opening (4306500) of the Dynamic Framework Agreement (DFA) original Tender number 3078797. Providers currently awarded on the first (3078797), second (3178204) or the third (3833460) opening were not required to respond to this opportunity, this was for new entrants/ providers only. Tenderers seeking admission as a new entrant to the DFA are required to complete the same process as the original competition to ensure equal treatment and transparency. The DFA will be reopened on the frequency outlined in the Tender documents. In section I.2), it is stated that this procurement is a joint procurement. This is not a joint procurement it is operated by BSO PaLS on behalf of the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust.
