Description

Installers are a crucial part of the ECO4 Flexible Eligibility scheme. GMCA wish to develop a list of qualified installers, maximum of 3 installers total, who will deliver quality ECO4 flexible eligibility measures in a timely manner, with due consideration for the needs of the eligible household in Greater Manchester. GMCA will manage the list of accredited installers, including client feedback as part of regular monitoring to encourage good customer service. Consistently poor feedback will result in action and ultimately removal from the list.

ECO4 Flexible Eligibility Scheme The Opportunity Installers are a crucial part of the ECO4 Flexible Eligibility scheme. GMCA wish to develop a list of qualified installers, maximum of 3 installers total, who will deliver quality ECO4 flexible eligibility measures in a timely manner, with due consideration for the needs of the eligible household in Greater Manchester. GMCA will manage the list of accredited installers, including client feedback as part of regular monitoring to encourage good customer service. Consistently poor feedback will result in action and ultimately removal from the list. GMCA are seeking to appoint suitably experienced ECO installer(s) who can undertake this work. Ideally three installers. Every care has been taken to provide robust information, however no guarantee to its accuracy can be given by the GMCA. GMCA will not be contributing funds towards the measures nor will the 10 GM local authorities. There will also be zero financial contribution from the residents. Applicants note that the immediate opportunity relates only to the vulnerable/low income ECO4 Flexible Eligibility market. GMCA seek a concession fee from the successful company/ies. This fee is to be utilised to cover GMCA costs, e.g., assistance with signing declaration forms Additional information: Optional extension of an additional 3 months
