Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust “the Authority” have published this contract notice, on behalf of Mid and South Essex ICS, in relation to Shared Care Record solution “SCR” procurement.

Total Quantity or Scope

The proposed new Shared Care Record will deliver to a care professional, at the point of care, all the information that is relevant to the care or treatment needs of that patient/citizen. Record access will be quick and easy, from the professional’s own system –no need to sign on to a different system. The system will accommodate close to real time integration transactions to cover 1.2m citizens and interoperability with regional and national shared care records.
