Description
The purpose of the Housing Related Support Mental Health Pathway Services is to provide high quality supported accommodation and floating support services for people whose primary need is mental health. The provision will enable service users to retain and gain the necessary skills to live as independently as possible by building on their strengths and aspirations for the future. The Mental Health Pathway Services also provides a trauma informed service which will support recovery from mental ill health.

Five of these units will be specifically for rough sleeping clients. The service will operate a flexible delivery model and provide support based on a clients specific needs that offers people a personalised pathway away from homelessness, that builds on their strengths and aspirations for the future. |
