Description

We seek a media planning and strategy agency to provide expert services and enable the effective use of marketing budget to support the MoJ's campaigns. Summary of services required: - Optimising investment of marketing spend through development of media strategies, channel planning and retargeting activity - Developing innovative, insight-driven and flexible channel strategies for paid media (and some earned partnership opportunities); - Setting objectives for paid, owned and earned media channels that have a demonstrable link back to the campaign outcomes; - Advice on the future development of strategy based on longer term policy goals and behaviour change models, including budget management for agency fees, creative and media spend across MoJ campaigns; - Close working with and briefing of other agencies involved in a campaign (e.g. research, media buying, creative and partnerships); - Thorough and regular evaluation against campaign objectives to optimise campaigns and drive best value for public money; - Support for the MoJ's annual Professional Assurance approvals process (PASS) with Cabinet Office; and - Support in answering ad-hoc requests for information, comment and evaluation from senior stakeholders and Ministers, including business cases for further investment and tight-turnaround media rebuttals See 'Agency Requirements - Implementation' below for further detail of Media Strategy and Planning requirements.
