Description

Non-contact Nano/Pico Spotter for spotting matrices/enzymes/derivatization reagents and calibration standards onto samples prior to mass spectrometry imaging. The device must be supplied with: • A minimum of 6 channels • A spotting resolution of 1mm • The ability to spot between 50 pl and 2ml of reagent solution. • A camera with appropriate software: allowing vision guided definition of the target position for dispensing reagent spots. • On board volume calibration Competition Waiver Form Template Version 7 updated 16.11.2021 • The ability to handle organic solvents such as ethanol / methanol / acetonitrile and mixtures of the solvents with water which are used to dissolve standards / reference compounds • On board and PC (Windows based) control interfaces • A customisable substrate bed with holders for microscope slides and Waters MALDI targets (suitable for Select Series MRT instruments)
