Description

Tricuro Support Limited (“Tricuro”) are seeking to contract with an ICT Services provider for ICT Platform and Support Services. Tricuro are a Local Authority Trading Company (LATC) with BCP Council. Tricuro currently receive ICT platform support from Dorset Council IT for circa 550 end users, and now wish to identify an IT Service provider who can manage the transition from the current provider into a Cloud based service provision. The scope of work broadly comprises: Platform including Internet Connectivity, Printing Devices & Printing Networks, Devices & Device Management, On-premises ICT Infrastructure, Telephony Devices & Networks, Mobile Device Management, Service Desk, Apps and User Accounts, Data Storage, Domain ownership, Asset and Inventory Management and security. The anticipated start date of the contract is April/May 2023. The contract will be for three years with the option to extend for a further two years (3+2). Therefore, if all extensions were taken the full length of the contract would be for five years.
