This was a previously advertised tender under contract finder. The contractor Quba Digital Ltd won this tender at a level below FTS. Due to market changes and innovations we are doing further market research before issuing a new tender in 2023 . We have decided to extend this tender to cover the period we are using to research the market innovations. Our new tender will be advertised on Contracts finder and FTS subject to expected value.
