Description

1.4 The project is a 70 Units Passivhaus development. The properties will include 8 one-bedroom flats at social rent. Affordable rent homes will consist of 12 one bedroom homes, 22 two bedroom homes, 20 three bedroom homes and 8 four bedroom homes. The Works also include earth works, site roads, retaining walling, footpaths, fencing, screen walling, parking areas, public open spaces, landscaping, drainage, service connections and the attenuation infrastructure.
