Description

This is the shortlisting stage. Please ensure you read the procurement documentation especially PART ONE and provide the required information. The Council is looking for a Contractor for the design and build of residential housing at Beeston, Nottingham NG9 4HU. There are fifteen properties in total. The intention is to issue second stage of tender to shortlisted Candidates in February 2023 with a contract start date in May 2023. The second stage will include the contract terms, employers' requirements, preliminaries and the detailed architectural and engineering drawings. Site - Inham Nook Project off Barn Croft, NG9 4HU - Construction of 15 dwellings, consisting of o 5 x two bedroom, four person houses. o 7 x three bedroom, five person houses and o 3 x one bedroom, two person flats - Homes to be of traditional masonry construction - To include adjacent pocket park
