Description

As part of a Section 106 agreement with Luton Borough Council established during the consent of planning permission granted in 2014, London Luton Airport are required to put in place a noise insulation scheme for residential and non residential properties. The potential budget available for the entire scheme is up to £2 million over 3 years, subject to demand with the maximum per annum capped at £800,000, between two suppliers for the first year, subject to demand.The noise insulation which is available to customers and suppliers must be able to provide is listed belowglazing high performance double and secondaryacoustic ventilation units acoustic trickle ventsacoustic loft insulationAll installations must improve the noise insulation properties of the building and must meet the following regulatory requirementsThis contract runs for 3 years

Total Quantity or Scope

As part of a Section 106 agreement with Luton Borough Council established during the consent of planning permission granted in 2014, London Luton Airport are required to put in place a noise insulation scheme for residential and non-residential properties. The potential budget available for the entire scheme is up to £2 million over 3 years, subject to demand with the maximum per annum capped at £800,000 between two suppliers for the first year, subject to demand.Note, there is no guarantee of a volume split or value during this contract.
