Fully Comprehensive 12-month Service Agreement for a Pentra C400 Clinical Chemistry Analyser, including two PM visits, within 24-hour response to repair calls (within normal working hours), all travel & labour costs, all spare parts, access to technical support, all mandatory software and hardware updates.

This notice is published as HSE wish to enter into a new 12 month maintenance agreement and are not aware of any other supplier than can provide the services. We are not aware of any other providers offering servicing for this instrument.
