First Choice Homes Oldham are seeking to appoint a single provider to a contract for 3 years with an optional extra further year to carry out RICS valuation surveys for RTB/RTA/Voluntary RTB applications, to represent FCHO to the District Valuer, and the Surveyor to provide a specialist property advisory function specific to shops and ancillary land and to undertake maintenance and repair work
