Description

Appointment of a single Principal Contractor to deliver energy efficiency retrofit works (supply and fit) to (but not exclusively) Social Housing across North Wales. Installed measurers must be delivered in line with PAS 2035, PAS 2030:2019 and the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MSC).

Renewal Options

An additional 12 months subject to the final agreement of both parties.
