Subject to budget confirmation, the IMO Lighting Upgrade Works 2023 is expected to include: - Replacement of the lighting control system and light fittings within the Ground Floor Entrance Hall, Second Floor meeting areas, and First Floor small office area - Upgrade of two small areas using halogen light fittings to LED The provisional timetable for this procurement is: Late Jan/Early Feb 2023 - Issue of tender documents via Jaggaer TBC Feb - Site visits 3 Mar 2023 - Tender deadline Early Apr - Contract Award Late Apr/Early May - Validation on site by appointed contractor 7 Aug - 1 Sep 2023- Works on site, London If you are interested in this opportunity please register for a Jaggaer account: https://dft.app.jaggaer.com/web/login.html The tender documents will be issued via Jaggaer.
