Legal Justification
A tender was advertised openly via FTS and only 1 bid received for the Lot 2 contract, which following evaluation was deemed not suitable as the minimum threshold score was not met for one or more evaluation criteria. The WG have since used the negotiated procedure without prior publication, to negotiate a contract award that will be able to deliver the contract requirements, with the only supplier who submitted a bid following the open tender opportunity. The initial conditions of the contract will not be altered. The Negotiated Procedure may be met compliantly by relying on Regulation 32(2)(a) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
Other Information
** PREVIEW NOTICE, please check Find a Tender for full details. ** The value in II.1.7 is the maximum budget for the initial contract term and the optional 1 year extension period (WA Ref:128399)
