Description
1.1 Moreton in Marsh Town Council will be awarding a contract for grass cutting with limited Tree, Hedge and Ditch trimming to the following areas: 1.1.1 Detailed Areas within Moreton in Marsh; High Street, Cemeteries, Parks and Amenity Areas, Verges, Ditches, Hedges, and Low level tree pruning to Lime trees. 1.1.2 The contract will be awarded for an initial period of one year plus four further years initially commencing March 2023. The Council reserves the right to cancel or withdraw from the selection and evaluation process at any stage. 1.2 The Service Provider by submitting their tender for the works agrees to comply with all conditions as specified herein. Also could you clarify where Elizabeth Gardens is? Yes, the schedule is correct, the area between the trees is only cut twice and is collected, effectively at the beginning and the end of season, all other areas apart from the wild flower meadow are cut and drop. Elizabeth Gardens is the area to the north east of the meadow, It's the area that has mowed boundaries and mowed footpaths through it. MiM_QueenElizabethArea.pdf
