Description

Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council (The Contracting Authority) is inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for Service and Maintenance of gas and oil fired space heating and domestic hot water systems This contract will include the service and maintenance of all plant, equipment and associated systems as detailed in the asset list and pricing schedule.

Renewal Options

An optional extension will be available for up to a maximum of 24 months, commencing at the end of the fixed term period.
