Description
The current Stonewater website was launched to mark the formation of Stonewater in 2015. A number of continuous improvements have been made to the site since its launch, including redesigning the home page and other key areas of the site, improving and simplifying the navigation to enhance the customer experience, the addition of Browsealoud (accessibility software), and a full audit and implementation of measures to meet new accessibility legislation. However, we have not undertaken any significant development work during this time. The website caters for a variety of stakeholders providing customer and corporate related information, and, as such, we need to make the user journey as clear as possible so that people can find what they are looking for quickly and easily. As a result of the coronavirus pandemic, our website and its supporting sites have become more important than ever as a key channel for Stonewater customers and stakeholders. Therefore, Stonewater require a unique newly developed website with a fresh look and feel, which focuses on putting the customer at the heart of what we do as an organisation, showcases our thought leadership programme and other key corporate information, and positions us as an employer of choice.
