Description

Harlington School are extremely fortunate to be moving into a new building in August 2023. This is a wonderful opportunity for a catering provider to join Harlington School on its new journey. We are educational experts but we value and understand the importance of good quality food. We are looking for a partner to join us in the new building and to share our ethos to deliver good quality nutritious food to our student population.

Total Quantity or Scope

We are looking to run a two stage procurement process. Each contractor will be asked to complete and pass a PQQ document before being able to apply for the ITT document. This is a catering contract to serve good quality, nutritional and exciting food to our pupils. The contractor must consider a breakfast, break and lunch offer. With hospitality events and theme days. The School are looking for a partner to join them on their new journey.

Renewal Options

On satisfactory completion of the contract, a fourth year may be discussed in 2026
